Inclusion Criteria
1ASA physical status I and II.
2Age between 1 to 12 years.
3Patients undergoing elective surgeries like hernia repair, hypospdiasis repair,
Circumcision and brief procedures like cystoscopy under general anesthesia with caudal epidural anaesthesia.
4Patients giving consent
Exclusion Criteria
1operation time expected >4 hours
2 risk of aspiration,
3 known difficult airway
4congenital malformations involving respiratory tract
5cervical spine disease
