BMI 18.5-29.9 kg/m2
AMH 1.2-7 ng/ml
AFC 5 or more
Basal FSH < 10 IU/L
Basal E2 < 80 pg/ml

Exclusion Criteria

PCOS
Endometriotic cyst
Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism
