1)Patients with diagnosis of urticaria (acute/chronic)
2)Patients for whom documented consent has been obtained regarding their voluntary participation in this clinical study
3) Patients aged 18 years or older at the time that they provide consent.
4) Patient agrees not to take other treatments than those provided in the study.
1)pregnant and lactating females
2)patients who are immunocompromised due to disease or drugs
3) Patients with pruritis caused due to other cutaneous skin disorders.
4) Patients with known hypersensitivity to antihistamines.
5) Known case of Bronchial asthama / COPD.
6) Patients with urticaria presenting with systemic signs/symptoms
7) Patients with urticaria and angio oedema
