Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adult postcardiac surgery patients.
  • •Pediatric postcardiac surgery patients.
  • •Patients extubated within 48 hours after surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with cyanotic congenital heart disease operated for palliative procedures with residual right to left shunt
  • •Preoperatively on CPAP
  • •Reintubation due to ETT block or dislodgement
