1. Between the ages of 40 and 59, corresponding to middle age
2. Sedentary people who have not participated in exercise in the past 6 months
3. Pre-hypertension (systolic blood pressure between 130 and 139 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure between 80 and 89 mmHg).
4. Obesity (body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m² or higher, or a body fat percentage of 30% or more).
1. Taking medications known to affect weight in the past 6 months
2. If you have been diagnosed with a musculoskeletal injury or disease in the last 6 months
3. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >180mmHg)
4. If you have a history of heart disease in the past
5. Others determined by the researcher to be inappropriate for participation
