Obesity: percent Body fat above 30%
Metabolic syndrome: waist circumference - 90 cm for men, 85 cm for women, blood pressure - 130 mmHg for systolic or 85 mmHg for relaxation, triglycerides -150 mg/dL more, high density cholesterol - 40 mg/dL for men, 50 mg/dL for women, fasting blood sugar - 100 mg/dL or more
The criteria for exclusion will be those who have a weight change of more than 5% within two months of the study or who have a change in the dosage of oral blood sugar-reducing agents, hypertension drugs and cholesterol-reducing agents, a person with a blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg or higher, unstable angina, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, heart attacks, arthritis, chronic renal failure, epilepsy, convulsions, and chronic enteritis.
