Inclusion Criteria
Blood Sample from Coronary Sinus during heart surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1) EF < 40%
2) CABG with other procedure
3) Post PTCA
4) Chronic Kidney Disease
5) Critical LMCA stenosis
6) PAH
7) moderate to severe MR
8) Recent MI
9) Ongoing chest pain
10) History of allergy to any drug
11) Pregnant patient
12) Patient with heart block
13) Baseline pulse rate < 50/min
14) History of epilepsy or seizure
15) Prolongd PT & APTT
