Full term pregnancy
Singleton pregnancy
No fetal distress
ASA 1,2 for LSCS under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Contradiction to spinal anaesthesia
Prolonged pregnancy
Pregnancy induced hypertension, preeclampsia
Pre-existing hypotension
Cardiovascular diseases
Placental abnormalities
Multiple pregnancy
Morbid obesity
Fetal abnormalities
Parturient refusal
