Laparotomic surgery as a treatment for cancer Exclusion criteria: Taking opiate drugs in the last 48 hours prior to surgery, non elective surgeries, ASA physical status more than 3, patients younger than 18 yo or older than 75 years old, allergy to drugs and opioid, Renal failure, history of peptic ulcer, history of coagulopathy
