Inclusion Criteria
inclusion criteria: 1. adult male/female more than 16 y/o with noncomminuted tibia fracture 2. intact fibula 3. closed or open type 1 fractures 4. Isolated fracture without other systems, chest or abdominal trauma
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathologic fractures 2. pregnancy 3.history of metabolic or rheumatological diseases
