- •The study population will consist of adult women (aged 20 to 59 years) with Body Mass Index between 18,5 and 34,9 kg/m², weight gain greater than 5% in the previous year and that refer desire to improve their relationship with food.
排除标准
- •It will not be included pregnant or lactating women, smokers, diabetics, women using psychiatric drugs, nutritionists and women with a BMI of 35 kg/m² or greater (grade 2 obesity).
