Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •chefs, nutritionists, and commoners are included for sensory evaluation, and athletes are included for acceptance.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. chefs and other participants who are consumers of tobacco of any form are excluded.
- •2\. Participants with any type of diabetes.
- •3\. For people who are under medications that can alter the taste
- •Eg: Metformin(is one of the most prescribed oral medications for type 2 diabetes mellitus). The FDA\-approved prescribing information indicates that approximately 3% of people experience a metallic taste in the mouth when beginning Metformin drug therapy, Antibiotics like Azithromycin (Zithromax) may also cause a metallic taste in the mouth and other taste abnormalities may occur while taking certain antibiotics.
- •4\. Participants allergic to any ingredients in the product are excluded.
- •5\. People who are ill or suffering from cold are excluded.
