Inclusion Criteria

1.Those cases fulfilling the GAGS criteria and suffering is since 3 months or more.

2.Patients of All sexes will be included in the study.

3.Patients of 15 to 25 years age groups of various socio-economic groups will be included.

4.Patient without any other systemic diseases.

5.Patient giving written consent form.

6.Patients not taking any other medicine for Acne V.

Exclusion Criteria

1.That doesn’t fulfill GAGS criteria.

2.Cases with serious complication of any system and/or recently taking strong steroidal medication

3.Patients with Psychiatric diagnosis.

4.Pregnant and lactating women

5.Patients with severe hormonal disorders.

6.Patients who require emergency medical intervention.

To evaluate the effect of homoeopathic medicine Calendula Q Topically in the Management of patients in age group between 15 to 35 years with Acne Vulgaris.Timepoint: Improvement according to GAGS(Global Acne Grading Scale) <br/ ><br>Rating Scale at day 1 and again after <br/ ><br>every 15 days, for the total of 3 months will be assessed and managed by Topical Application of Calendula Officinalis Q over affected part.

To minimize the frequency of attacks of super added infection over Acne V. and to lessen in the severity of the Acne Vulgaris <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>To study the different presentations of Acne Vulgaris.Timepoint: Assessment on day 1 and after 3 months according to GAGS scale and will observe to minimize the reoccurrence of acne and reduce redness and suppuration. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Different presentations of Acne Vulgaris within this age group will be studied under 3 months followup.
