Inclusion Criteria

Screening for IMPT completed, accepted for IMPT, chronic back pain as primary aim for referral to IMPT

Exclusion Criteria

Previous traumatic brain injury (influence on FK_NAc-mPFC)
Exclusion from MRI (separate exclusion criteria like ferromagnetic parts in the body, old black tattoos, claustrophobia)

FC_NAcc-mPFC in patients before IMPT > FC_NAcc-mPFC in matched healthy controls<br>Assessment of FC_NAcc-mPFC will be realized by MRT/fMRT examination according to Baliki et al. (2012)
Secondary Outcome Measures

Within the patients' group:<br>1. FC_NAcc-mPFC vor IMST > FC_NAcc-mPFC after IMPT (Follow-up after 3 months)<br>2. Changes of FC_NAcc-mPFC induced by IMPT correlate with the clinical success of therapy (pain, improvement of functionality, reduction of disturbances by pain) - from baseline to follow-up
