Inclusion Criteria
18-35 years
- Active in sports (at least 2 training sessions per week)
Exclusion Criteria
- Age < 18 or > 35 years
- Injuries or acute or chronic illnesses
- Taking medication
- Individuals with previous damage to the venous system (e.g., varicose veins, vascular surgical
surgery, extremities with dialysis access)
- high blood pressure
- Circulatory and coagulation disorders (e.g. condition after transient ischemic attack, stroke, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, peripheral occlusive diseases)
