3)Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy with good upper limb voluntary motor control who have been advised and are undergoing Hamstring lengthening or Tendo Achilles lengthening for the first time.
4)Children undergoing Hamstring lengthening with Gastro-soleus spasticity of less than or equal to 2 on Modified Ashworth Scale.
5)Children undergoing Tendo Achilles lengthening with Hamstrings spasticity of less than or equal to 2 on Modified Ashworth Scale.
6)GMFCS LEVEL I and II
7)Subjects should be able to follow simple commands.
1)GMFCS level III, IV and V.
2)Children who have had lower limb surgery before.
3)Children with ataxia or vision impairment
4)Children with Lower limb bony deformities.
