1.ASA physical staus I and II patients
2.Aged 20-60 years
3.Both sexes
4.Presenting for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.
1.Patients who do not give informed consent.
2.ASA III and above patients.
3.Patients with history of neuromuscular disease, drug or alcohol abuse, coronary artery disease (CAD), cardiac arrhythmia, hypermagnesemia, neuromuscular disease, increased intraocular pressure, hiatal hernia, or gastroesophageal reflux.
4.Patients with anticipated difficult airway.
5.Patients taking calcium channel blockers.
6.Patients having known sensitivity to the study drug.
7.Pregnant women and lactating mothers
8.Patients in whom surgery could not be completed laparoscopically.
