Inclusion Criteria
All patient of inactive mucosal disease,
Patients 12 years and above,
Patients with conductive hearing loss less than 50 dB
Exclusion Criteria
Patients less than 12 years,
Patients with previous history of ear surgery,Patients with sensory neural hearing loss,
Patients with congenital anomaly
