Inclusion Criteria

Age 18 to 64 years
Male phenotype
Not having a mood disorder in the past
Finish of outpatient detoxification
Having a negative urine test
absence of simultaneous presence in another study

Exclusion Criteria

Acute psychiatric illness at the time of drug initiation
The patient develops symptoms of psychosis and is unable to continue cooperating consciously and satisfactorily with the plan.

Primary Outcome Measures

Craving: The tendency to re-use the substance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 and 42 days after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: OCDUS questionnaire.

Persistence on treatment: The success rate of a person dependent on opioid use on not using opioid after the detoxification period. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 and 42 days after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Urine Rapid Test.
