? Out-patient or inpatient patients aged 50-80 and elderly residents in the community, no gender limitation, education level =6 years;
? Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese medicine and had objective cognitive impairment, that is, MMSE score < 27 or cranial MRI had objective cerebral ischemia;
? No history and signs of stroke;
? Participate in the experiment voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
? Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency (note: severe hepatic insufficiency refers to ALT value >2 times the upper limit of normal or AST value >2 times the upper limit of normal; Severe renal insufficiency is defined as creatinine >1.5 times the upper limit of normal);
Patients with dementia or mild cognitive impairment;
? Patients with other mental and nervous system diseases and malignant tumors;
(4) participants in other drug trials within three months before inclusion;
? Use of other drugs to improve cognitive function, such as ChEIs or other psychotropic drugs, within the past three months.
