入选标准
- •1 Age group between 18 and 65 years.
- •2 Patients of either gender.
- •3 ASA grade I & II.
- •4 Undergoing elective lower umbilical surgeries under subarachnoid block
排除标准
- •1 Patients not willing to participate in the study.
- •2 ASA grade III and IV
- •3 Patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
- •4 History of drug or alcohol abuse.
- •History of taking gabapentin or pregabalin.
- •History of taking opioid or sedative medications or with a history of psychiatric conditions.
- •History of coagulation abnormalities.
- •Patient allergic to any drug.
- •Failure of spinal anesthesia, cases in which general anesthesia will be required.
