入选标准
- •1\.Planned surgeries of either sex
- •2\.Patients aged 18 to 60 years
- •3\.ASA Grade I,II,
- •4\.Undergoing elective laparoscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1\.Patient refusal.
- •2\.ASA 3 and 4\.
- •3\.Patients with other lung and cardiac pathologies.
- •4\.Patients with hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, systemic infection,,history of malignancy, history of alcohol or drug abuse.
- •5\.Patient with a history of allergy to pregabalin.
