Inclusion Criteria
adult patients of 18 to 70 years who will undergo laparoscopic surgery and agree to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with cardiopulmonary or hepato-renal disease, recent infections, recent ventilator support, previous thromboembolic disease, history of pneumothorax or COPD, bullae, emphysema, atelectasis on preoperative chest image, patient who reject to participate in this study
