Inclusion Criteria
aged 65 yrs and over
- three days or longer hospitalization in trauma surgery, orthopedics or nephrology
- at admission every patient is screened by the MoCA (Montreal cognitive assessment) to objectify the risk of delirium
- Enrollment by MoCA < 26 pts.
Exclusion Criteria
< three days of hospitalization, > MoCA 26 pts.
