Patients with AECOPD(mMRC >2)
Reduced chest wall mobility
Patients signing the informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Any cardiovascular disorder
Any pulmonary disorder (other than AECOPD)
Any musculoskeletal disorder
Any recent surgeries
Any neuromuscular disorder
Patients with impaired cognition and perception
