1.Sub-acute stroke in both men and women between the ages of 45 to 65 years
2.Patients with Brunnstrom stage for hand and leg =4
3.Modified Ashworth Scale =1+
4.Patients who were independent in ambulation with or without a walking aid
5.Able to comprehend and adhere to instructions.
6.Patients are willing to participate in the study.
1.Individuals who are experiencing balance problems as a result of neurological conditions other than stroke (for instance cerebellar impairment, inner ear dysfunction, or Parkinson’s disease)
2.Individuals suffering from unstable angina, symptomatic heart failure, or uncontrolled hypertension
3.Recurrent and Acute stroke (flaccid stage)
4.The physician determined unstable cardiovascular conditions
5.The patient has been diagnosed as having organ failure, including the heart, kidneys, and lungs
6.Patients with any traumatic musculoskeletal injury to the lower limb.
7. Mini-Mental State Examination Score less than 18.
