Signed declaration of consent + blood samples
- Age over 18 years
- proven intracerebral hemorrhage (CT/MRT)
- Ingestion of at least 1 platelet function inhibitor (test group)
- Unequivocal understanding of the information provided about the study
- No image correlate of the initial neurological symptoms
- Competing prognostic factors at the onset of symptoms: e.g. medication, metabolic derailments, sepsis
- Persons who are in a dependency / employment relationship with one of the investigators
- Minority
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- People who are accommodated in an institution by order of a court or an official
- Simultaneous participation in a clinical study

Name Time Method Progress of the bleeding<br><br>Procedure:<br>1)<br>Comparison of the size of the bleeding between the CAT-Scan at admission and the follow-up CAT-Scan (24-48 hours later) in both arms (measurement of the bleeding size in the program for image processing used by the department of neuroradiology)<br><br>2)<br>Statistical evaluation if there was a significant difference in bleeding enlargement between the group with pre-existing antiplatelet therapy and the group without pre-existing antiplatelet therapy
