Inclusion Criteria
1 Adult patients of either sex aged 18-65years
2 ASA 1 AND 2
3 Undergoing laparoscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patient refusing to participate in the study
2 Patient with uncontrolled diuabetes hypertension cardioresp[iratory neuropsychiatric disorders hepatic or renal dysfunction
3 BMI more than 30 and individual with difficult airway
4 Allergy to the study drug
5 Patient on medications like opiods sedatives beta blockers
6 Pregnant or lactating mother

Name Time Method Comparison of haemodynamic changes by dexmeditomidine nebulization with intravenous single dose dexmeditomidine and fentanyl in laparoscopic surgeries under general anaesthesiaTimepoint: Heart rate,Blood presure,Oxygen saturation, End tidal carbon dioxide will be observed <br/ ><br>5 minutes after Premedication, 2 minutes post Induction, <br/ ><br>5 minutes post Intubation <br/ ><br>Every 15 minutes post pneumoperitoneum, <br/ ><br>After extubation, <br/ ><br>Postop after 1hour
