1. Male, 20-35 years old
2. Have a normal body mass index (18.5-24.9)
3. There is a low level of physical activity
4. No pain And problems in the musculoskeletal system of the arm used in the study
5. Not a regular exercise or sports player (more than 2-3 times / week).
6. Do not practice resistance exercise To increase muscle strength before joining the program for at least 6 months
7. No routine work that requires lifting force
8. There are no medical conditions such as heart disease, blood pressure disease, diabetes, muscle and joint diseases, cancer, allergies, etc.
9. No restriction of movement of the joints of the limb
10. No history of chemical allergy, medication, muscle massage cream, pain relief spray and alcohol
11. No pain medication or pain relief such as acupuncture, physical therapy Thai massage for treatment during the past 3 months
12. Can exercise with resistance.
1. Having a history of hyperallergic reaction
2. Having a history of skin eczema psoriasis within 6 months before enter the study
3. Having a history of using steriod antibiotic NSAIDs and antihistamine within 3 days before enter the study
4. Having any disease on the test area that reqiured regularly use of any topical medication
5. History of major operation within 1 year
6. History of skin cancer within 1 year
7. History of wounds, blisters, open wounds on the arm
8. History of hyperallergic reaction with Zingiber Montanum root extract and Diclofenac
