The risk of unstable angina and admitted to CCU; Aware to place; Time and person; Have aged between 18-70 years; The base of the Mcgill pain scale have pain score from 1 to 7; Not bradycardia; Do not have pacemaker; Do not have hepatitis infectious diseases; Skin Diseases; Burns And Fractures; Do Not Have DVT; Do Not Have severe shortness of breath or fever; Do not have limb amputation.
Exclusion criteria: Patient's discharge or death; Patients withdrawing from the study; Deterioration of the patient's condition during the study; Mcgill Pain Scale pain score greater than 7.

Name Time Method Pain ,Arterial oxygen saturation. Timepoint: First day before and afterthe intervention,The second day before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: MC Gill pain scale, Pulse Oximeter.
