1. Normal body mass index (18.5-22.9 kg/m2)
2. No smoking and alcohol drinking
3. Not be a pregnant or lactating woman
4. No history of food allergy including cashew nut, almond, white kidney bean, milk, butter, wheat flour, monk fruit powder mixed with erythritol, salt, egg, vanilla extract and baking powder
1. History of disease/illness such as diabetes mellitus, liver disease, renal disease, thyroid disease, heart disease or others related to glucose metabolism
2. Use oral anti-hyperglycemic agents or insulin
3. Diagnosed with osteroporosis or have hypocalcemic condition
4. Health problems or surgery within the past 3 months
5. Gastrointestinal disease or use the medication interrupted digestion and absorption
6. Use oral contraceptive, steroid, acetylsalicylic acid, protease inhibitor, antipsychotic drug, vitamin, food supplement, antihypertensive drug, herbal medicine, or antiresorptive drug within the past 1 month
7. Unstable body weight within the past 1 month
8. Fasting plasma glucose higher than 100 mg/dl and/or HbA1C >/= 5.7%
9. Cannot read or write Thai
