1 Age -18 to 45 years
2 BMI �18.5 to � 22.9 kg/ m2 (as per WHO cut off for normal BMI)
3 Both male and female
4 Willingness to consume the test foods
5 no known food allergy or intolerance;
6 no medications known to affect glucose tolerance (excluding oral contraceptives) ââ?¬â? stable doses of oral contraceptives, acetylsalicylic acid, thyroxin, vitamins and mineral supplements or drugs to treat hypertension or osteoporosis are acceptable.
1 a known history of diabetes mellitus or the use of anti-hyperglycemic drugs or insulin to treat diabetes and related conditions
2 pregnant or lactating women
3 a major medical or surgical event requiring hospitalization within the preceding 3 months;
4 the presence of disease or drug(s) which influence digestion and absorption of nutrients;
5 the use of steroids, protease inhibitors or antipsychotics (all of which have major effects on glucose metabolism and body fat distribution).

Name Time Method Glycemic index of food products.Timepoint: All the participants will be tested the 3 test foods on 3 different occasions in the morning 2 hours in addition all participants will ubdergo 3 days of reference glucose testing
