1. Roman diagnostic criteria for functional constipation IV; TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to qi stagnation;
2. Aged >=18 and <= 65 years old; No gender restriction;
3. Did not take any laxative medicine (such as Dumicol and MAREN soft capsule) for at least one week before enrollment;
4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent;
1. Severe damage to heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organs;
2. Pregnancy or lactation;
3. Colorectal organic lesions were confirmed by examination;
4. Those with irritable bowel syndrome and those with abdominal surgery history;
5. A clear history of anxiety,depression and constipation caused by long-term use of psychiatric drugs.
