Inclusion Criteria
•One year of experience in playing cricket.
•Zero numerical scores of a visual analog scale for pain in the dominant upper limb.
•No injuries on dominant upper limb in last six months.
•Age group: 14 to 25 Years.
•Male.
•Written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
•History of hospitalization in the last six months.
