- •From 18 to 69 years of age; stable body weight; body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9 kg / m2; normal glucose tolerance; without diabetes or pre-diabetes; no history of eating disorders; without gastrointestinal disturbances; no medications that affect glucose tolerance; without pregnancy; without breastfeeding; not intolerant or allergic to any of the foods
排除标准
- •Volunteers using medications that could interfere with glycemia; which showed instability of body weight; any metabolic disease (diabetes mellitus; hypoglycemia; hypothyroidism)
