People at high risk of hypertension:
1.Male>=55 years old, post-menopausal women;
2.Normal high blood pressure, namely monitoring blood pressure 130-139mmHg and (or) 85-89mmHg diastolic blood pressure;
3.Obesity (or) abdominal obesity, BMI >= 24Kg/m^2, waist circumference>=90cm for men and 85cm for women;
4.High sodium and low potassium diet;
5.Smoking and long-term excessive drinking, smoking and secondhand smoking all increase the risk of hypertension. The average daily drinking of white wine is >= 100mL (2 taels), and the conversion of white wine and other types of wine is: 1 taels of white wine is equal to 4 taels of wine, 4 taels of fruit wine, half a jin of yellow rice wine, and 1 bottle of beer;
6.Lack of physical activity and physical exercise;
7.Family history of hypertension (first or second degree relatives);
8.Long-term mental tension, anxiety;
9.Complicated with diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia;
10.Attendees of TCM include phlegm and dampness, Yin deficiency, qi deficiency and blood stasis.
