Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who are candidates for elective surgery
  • •Age range is 18\-60 years and with ASA class 1 and 2\.
  • •Patient consent to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of allergy to Alpha adrenergic drugs
  • •Liver patients
  • •Patients with a history of Bradycardia
  • •Vascular problems
  • •Hypotension
  • •Vasodilator use
  • •Hypovolemia
  • •People who are at risk for increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure
  • •Addicted people or Smokers
  • •People with asthma
