- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
The main outcome measure will be the difference in (123I)IBZM striatal dopamine

(D2) binding between the control scan and the scan with acute dopamine

depletion with AMPT.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
1. Level of catecholamin synthesis, measured by blood levels of:

- homovanillin acid (HVA)

- 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenethyleneglycol (MHPG)

- prolactin

and urine levels of:

- HVA

- MHPG

- dopamin (free and conjugated) en norepinephrin (free and conjugated)

2. Possible extrapyramidal side-effects

3. Subjective experiences

4. Depressive and positive and negative symptoms

5. Pre pulse inhibition (PPI): a non-invasive electrophysiological measurement

during 12 minutes. The eye blink reflex will be measured while the person

listens to beep tones with a headphone.
