Inclusion Criteria
Waist circumference more than or equal to 90 cm in men and more than or equal to 80 cm in female
Person with Fasting Plasma Glucose Level more than or equal to 100 mg/dl
HDL level less than or equal to 40 mg/dl
Triglycerides less than or equal to 150 mg/dl
Blood pressure more than or equal to 130 mm Hg systolic and more than or equal to 85 mm Hg diastolic
Patients of either sex, aged 20 to 50 years
Patient willing to participate in the study, follow the instructions and sign the consent form
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant and lactating women
Patients having cardiac, liver and renal disorders
Patients of secondary obesity
Diabetes mellitus requiring the use of insulin.
Current use of lipid modifying drugs
Weight loss medication
