Exclusion Criteria

Smokers
Patients on vitamin supplements
Patients on anti-inflammatory medications
Patients with inflammatory medical conditions (eg Crohn's disease, UC, SLE, RA)
Patients with diabetes
Patients with a history of renal calculi
Pregnant women
