入选标准
- •Intubation due to Acute respiratory failure (PaO2 < 60mmHg or SpO2<90% , PaCO2 > 50 mmHg with pH <7.30)
- •Mechanical ventilation longer than 48 hours
- •Readiness to extubation
- •No history of extubation failure (in this admission)
- •No facial anomaly, No unable to fit mask
- •Informed consent
排除标准
- •Post tracheostomy
- •Patient with upper airway obstruction immediate after extubation (develop inspiratory stridor)
- •Cause of respiratory failure from COPD with acute exacerbation or cardiogenic pulmonary edema
- •Claustrophobia
- •Patient incooperative
