According to the AWGS criteria, the subjects of this study had a hand grip strength of 18 kg or less or a score of 9 or less on the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) and a skeletal muscle index (SMI) of <5.7. Includes sarcopenic middle-aged women aged 45-65 with a weight of kg/m2 who will undergo mesenchymal stem cell transplantation within one month for the treatment of grade 4 cartilage damage according to the International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS) criteria. I plan to do it.
Exclusion criteria include patients with severe arthritis of stage 4 based on the Kellgren-Lawrence classification, patients with a history of acute coronary syndrome or cardiovascular disease, and body mass index ( Patients with body mass index of 30kg/m2 or more, patients with systolic blood pressure of less than 115mmHg or more than 160mmHg, patients with diastolic blood pressure of less than 75mmHg or more than 100mmHg, and anti-hypertensive drugs. It will be set as patients using medication (Rogerson et al., 2022)
