(at least have Associate's degree in Nursing ; at least 6 months of experience in the icu ; They have the willingness to participate in research ; Their training courses or seminars related to eye care in mechanically ventilated patients are not passed).

Name Time Method Knowledge. Timepoint: Before the intervention, ten days after the start of intervention and two months after intervention.
