Inclusion Criteria
aged 20-65 years, American society of Anesthesiologits physical status 1-2, patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
severe cardiac/hepatic/renal disease, increased intracranial/ocular pressure, pre-existing severe pain, chronic opioid use, psychiatric disorder, pre-existing hallucination/delirium/dementia, and allergy to study medications, male
