Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients requiring mandibular third molar extractions.
2.Patients with good oral hygiene.
3.Patients with ASA class I , ASA class II
4.Patients with good compliance, who are willing to participate in the study and return for follow-up.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Alveolar ridge associated with pathology
2.Grossly decayed tooth
3.RCT treated tooth
4.Patients who have undergone radiation and chemotherapy within 12months
5.Patients with poor oral hygiene
6.Medically compromised patients
7.Patients on immunosuppressantâ??s and corticosteroids
8.Pregnant / lactating women
9.Patients who are unable to provide informed consent
