Inclusion Criteria

Pre hypertensive: Blood pressure between 120 -139mm Hg systolic and or 80 â?? 89mm Hg Diastolic and less than or equal to moderate intensity of work by IPAQ (Physical Activity Questionnaire

Exclusion Criteria

otherwise clinically healthy. No history of clinical cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, and chronic kidney disease, current use of anti-diabetic medications or insulin, heavy alcohol consumption.
