Inclusion Criteria
- •Lack of cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and metabolic disorders limiting exercise
- •Lack of high blood pressure
- •Lack of regular exercise activity in the last 6 months
- •Not receiving insulin
- •Not having diabetic foot ulcers
Exclusion Criteria
- •Inability to perform exercises
