Inclusion Criteria
Without systemic complications
no bone disorders
willingness to participate and contribute to the study
Exclusion Criteria
• Patientâ??s with extraction treatment
• Single arch extraction of premolars
• History of previous orthodontic treatment
• History of periodontal disease
• Patientâ??s with systemic diseases
• Long term use of medications
• Pregnancy

Name Time Method increased stability of orthodontic tooth movement when compared to control group, rate of relapse will be assessed for both the intervention and control group , will be compared for the outcome of stability .Timepoint: 0, 4 weeks , 8 weeks and 12 weeks
