Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients who fall in Grade I and II of American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA).
2.Hemodynamically stable.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with adrenal cortex dysfunction, neurologic disease like epilepsy, psychiatric disorders.
2.Allergy to dexmedetomidine and etomidate.
3.History of Uncontrolled hypertension, bradycardia, heart blocks, heart failure.
4.Pregnancy.
