Inclusion Criteria
Traumatic lower extremity vascular injury in whom upfront amputation is not planned
Exclusion Criteria
•Paediatric patients of age < 16years
•Pregnant or lactating women
•Patients with known, pre-existent asthma or allergies, malignancy, diabetes or immunocompromised patients
•Patients who have not consented for the study
